Train: From Amtrak’s New York - Penn Station (www.amtrak.com) take the Long Island Rail Road (www.mtainfo/lirr) to Sayville, NY. FIBO attendees should get off at the Sayville, NY station stop and take a taxi or jitney service ($5) to the Sayville ferry dock.
Airplane: Long Island’s Islip Macarthur Airport (www.macarthurairport.com) is New York’s most convenient airport and is just a few minutes from FIBO activities. The airport is serviced by US Airways, Southwest, and United. Through the airport’s web site, you can arrange for inexpensive ground transportation to hotels and the ferry.
